Payment:

Payment is accepted by all major credit and debit cardshillcrestfarm.co.za uses the payment gateway Paygate and all credit card numbers are encrypted by the latest secure methods and we hold no credit card information on our serversWe do not share any consumer information with any 3rd party companies. All products remain the property of Hillcrest Estate until payment has been received in full.All prices include VAT.  We reserve the right to change the prices.  All goods are subject to availability.  If we do not supply the goods, we will refund any money already paid.  We will not be liable for compensation or damages if we do not supply the goods.The price for the goods will be stipulated at the time when you place the order.  We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our suppliers’ price or if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods on our website is incorrect.  We will inform you of the correct price and give you the option to cancel your order.

Delivery Policy:

Free delivery for orders over R750 to the City of Cape Town Municipal District.  Delivery time is 5 – 7 working days.R150 for the 1st 12 bottles, or equivalent in olives (one to 2 cases), R75 per case thereafter. average delivery time 5 to 7 working daysInternational deliveries or outliers will be quoted for

Return/Refund policy:

Due to food tampering, we do not offer returns / refunds.  In the case of faulty products (reasonable time after purchase) or broken products (upon delivery), we must be informed immediately and the product in question will be replaced.
