Black Mission Olives - Bucket

Our bulk Black and Green Mission olive buckets are packed in 1.5 kg and 3 kg buckets. Suitable for restaurants and those big olive fanatics!

The mission cultivar originates from California and is very versatile. These olives can be processed as Green Mission or Black Mission. This will depend on what ripeness the olives are picked. Mission olives are also very well known for making olive oil if picked at the correct time. Our olives are handpicked during the months of May and June at optimum ripeness then matured in brine for 9 – 12 months. Perfect with a glass of Hillcrest wine!
