Sauvignon Blanc 2025

The variable topography of the Hillcrest vineyards would be the envy of any adventurous winemaker. The Northwest facing vineyards experience cool and long ripening days due to their elevation and proximity to the Atlantic Ocean. Well-drained Hutton and Oakleaf soils complement the microclimate which gives the wines their distinctive flavour and taste. This wine opens with vibrant aromas of lime, gooseberry and passion fruit, underpinned by subtle notes of green fig, freshly cut grass and a whisper of sea-breeze minerality. The palate is crisp with bright acidity and layered flavours of citrus and tropical fruit.
